Online document tools
Tools are accessed through the ArvDocs website or supported apps. After you choose a tool and submit a supported file, the service processes the requested operation and presents a result when processing succeeds. Availability can depend on file type, size, selected options, and service status.
Premium access
Where a paid plan is enabled, its price, validity, and included features are shown on the Pricing page before checkout. Premium access is linked to the account used for the purchase and is normally enabled after the payment provider confirms successful payment. A pending, failed, or unverified payment does not activate paid access.
Delivery timing and access issues
Digital plan access is generally made available after payment verification. Document processing time varies by file and workload. If a confirmed payment does not appear in your account or a result is unavailable, contact Support with your order reference; do not make another payment until the first order status is checked.
No shipping
ArvDocs does not ship physical goods. Access to tools, processed outputs, and any paid digital features is provided online.
